I’ve used fatsoma a few times now for event tickets, it’s been straightforward. Payment went through without any messing about, I didn’t get bombarded with odd emails after, and my account details seem well protected. I’m not exactly patient with apps that make things complicated, so I liked that it was simple and didn’t keep asking for loads of extra info. No issues so far, 5 stars from me

The app was easy enough to use and my tickets loaded quickly. Didn’t really have any issues with it, which is all I needed... just nice when it works.

This could be a lot clearer. I shouldn’t have to guess what’s meant or figure things out on my own. If someone is providing information or a service, they should take responsibility for making sure it’s easy to understand from the start.
