BE AWARE!!!! Absolutely awful events organised by this company! We left early last weekend for the Princess Tea Party.
Firstly they didn’t notify us of the change of venue so had to walk across Liverpool with 2 small children & my mum, then had to wait on a 3rd floor stairway with hundreds of others for half an hour before they decided to open the doors (past the time it was due to start) Parents (mostly mothers) having to cart their prams and pushchairs up the staircases to the top floor of The Shankly Hotel was dangerous and left us beyond words.
The pitiful selection of shop bought cakes & sweet ‘buffet’ was not worth it. Chocolate Cornflake cakes, mini blueberry muffins and cupcakes that were clearly bought as a ‘3 for 2’ from Tesco just didn’t suffice the £26pp price tag that this event cost.
To host a children’s event during lunch hours & not provide any type of sandwich for hungry children clearly shows the lack of understanding for children the event organisers have. We left early as the children were hungry and were becoming irritable.
My youngest loved the princesses, but eldest struggled with how cramped & crowded it was in there so we had to go outside where it was quieter.
Absolutely gutted that we spent £125 for this atrocity!

I attended the princess tea party on the 29th of April at the shankly hotel and quite frankly, what an absolute s*** show!

Get there for 11am and walk up the stairs to the Eden suite to go on to wait until 11.25 to finally have the doors opened and tickets checked. This meaning that myself and probably around 100 others were stood on the stairs with children 6months + for 25 minutes which in itself is not only a fire hazard but EXTREMELY dangerous! Once we were finally at the door I was told to ask “someone in red” to be seated and so I asked a girl who was a jester and I was met with a blank stare and attitude and told to speak to the fella who told me to speak to one of them 🙄
Finally seated I had to ask for some juice for my daughter, it was given once and then the second time I ended up having to just go up to the bar and help myself. I waited over 30 minutes in the queue for the face painter twice before giving up, bless her she didn’t stop all day, had no help and absolutely no break!
No tea or coffee was offered at my table as detailed in the event and there most certainly wasn’t a “banquet of sweets and cakes” more like someone made an emergency trip to Asda for mini muffins and cupcakes and Costco for sweets. The event coordinator (who apparently wasn’t there on the day) should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. £26 each for what exactly?! It was an absolute joke, there was no “dance class” for the children, not half of what the event promised. I have also tried to contact skyline events but it appears they’re just deleting comments and ignoring messages. The only saving grace of the whole day was that the princesses were absolutely excellent, with special shout out to tinkerbell and Cinderella who were especially excellent with the kids. All in all, if I could give it a 0/5 I would. Absolutely do not recommend

Although the little girls loved seeing all the princesses ..the organisation was so bad. I would suggest putting a jug of cordial and a jug of coffee/tea on each table.
I also think that a 15 mini cakes between 10 on a table was far too little (if you go make sure kids eat beforehand!)
Lastly if you are going to hand out balloons please make sure every child gets a balloon ..again just leave a pack of balloons on each table. Some kids were very disappointed!!!
This whole experience smacks of the organisers not having kids of their own!
Positive side …the princesses where lovely 🥰

They do not issue refunds of their extortionate booking fees, even if the event has been cancelled.

I purchased 6 tickets for the R&B event in Edinburgh on 27th May. Payment done, yet no confirmation email or tickets and I can't get in touch with this company! avoid!!!

The worst event organiser ever, no event yet no refund, the response from the organisers. Crooks and theives

This mother fakar Scammer company keep bombarding messages to my mobile even i don't know how they got my number. Will be report.

Be careful before booking ticket from this app . I suggest to directly go the club as they refuse sometimes and fatsoma does not take the responsibility so you loose your money as there is no one to listen to you . I faced thsi experience after getting a ticket booked for 15 pound from this app . The club did not allow to enter for weird reasons and fatsoma denied to refund . They are just minting money and don't care so better go to club directly and buy on spot

Had a pretty awful experience at an event that was advertised with pictures of a different venue and event (aka false advertisement) and rude, incapable staff.
When getting in touch all they said was that they don't provide refunds as the event organizers themselves have turned refunds off (however that works). They didn't offer to forward my feedback or give me any contact details for the organisers. Be careful!

Be very careful when you use these sh@rks! I purchased 4 tickets for a concert online and paid then email sent to “download app to collect tickets” which I did then asks for card payment details, so presumably this is to confirm payment and release tickets! NO they send the tickets in the same email they tell you to download the app for them then charge you again for the tickets and as you use 2 factor authentication they just tell you NO you bought them! And with their charges the tickets work out at £1 cheaper than buying on the night!! Personally I’d avoid these 100%!!!

Do not book your tickets with Fatsoma. Book your tickets directly with the venue. Otherwise you will be allocated the worst left over seats in the venue. I booked my tickets for Colin Hay in Bristol months in advance with Fatsoma, and they didn’t actually reserve our seats at the concert until the day before. This meant that we were left with seats that had restricted space and viewing.

Potentially the worst app I've ever had to use. The layout of the app is very disorganised to start with, and worse, the app has issues so much the majority of the time you can't even buy tickets since the app is 'having trouble processing your payment'. Joker company, do not use

Ordered 2 VIP tickets for an event. Got an email advising me they tickets had been refunded with no explanation as to why. Checked my bank statement and could not see the refund so held off reordering the tickets. However, from the reviews below I am concerned I might not get the tickets at all now. Unfortunately they are the only ones who provide the tickets for the event that I want to go. Have sent them an email but not holding my breath for a reply.

Absolute crap robbing scum of a ‘company’ , paid £88 for 2 tickets for nye , event got cancelled , requested a refund on 30th December and they refused to give me a refund . Disgusting company shame on you

Easy to use, reliable site and personally love using Fatsoma. Negative reviews seem to be isolated instances of crappy event organisers as I’ve never had issues.
